Mental Health UK is here for anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We are made up of four organisations based in each of the four nations of the UK, working together to improve mental health.

Story

I'm delighted that Scottish Widows and Bank of Scotland have decided to sponsor the Great Scottish Run and a personal initiative I'm closely involved in is the Pension Awareness Bus tour - we are stopping off in Glasgow for 2 days at the Great Scottish Run.

Our charity partner is Mental Health UK and recently having experienced a colleague suffer and be unable to work due to mental health issues I'm keen to do my bit to raise some money for the great work carried out by Mental Health UK.

I'll be running as part of the Insurance Team from Lloyds Banking Group in a company wide competition.  The great thing is that whatever I raise for the Mental Health UK - WILL BE MATCHED by Lloyds so your charity donation is going super-far (for those Pension Aware people - it's a bit like a personal contribution to an Auto Enrolment scheme  (geekery x 2))
