On 18th June I am undertaking a truly death defying feat of super-human endurance, the likes of which has (probably) never before been done:
An unusual triathlon which takes advantage of all the difficulties that North Wales can throw at you...
1km swim in the freezing Irish Sea,
55km cycle across hilly Anglesey and into the Snowdonian Mountain Range
and a 7km run up Mount Snowdon.

The Frank Haines Memorial Trust (frankhaines.com) provides a critical means of support, education and opportunity for young people in Tower Hamlets, who otherwise have precious few prospects in life.
The charities are both extremely deserving of all the help they can get, and all of your donations will be split equally between the two.
