We took part last year and raised some considerable funds by participating in the event for a very worthy cause. This was brought to light by a colleague who had himself been a patient in his younger years and found his own child needing the services of the Royal Manchester Childrens Hospital. 

In doing so, it became clear that there were other people within our workplace who had needed the help of the Hospital and this has driven us on to help support what has become more evident as a valuable service that needs our help to help those in need.

Any part that I can do to help them, is only a fraction of the help that they give every day to the many.
