Story

Hi!

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

The Reading 107 team is in training for March 21st when, along with thousands of others, we'll be pounding the streets of Reading for the 13+ miles of the half marathon - some of us for the first time!

The charity we're raising money for is entirely Reading based...every penny Berkshire Community Foundation receive through this page will go to RACT, which stands for READING AREA CHARITIES TOGETHER.

The more money we can raise for them, the more they can give to their members, which means you'll be helping ALL of these Reading charities:

Parents And Children Together

The Bicycle Helmet Initiative Trust

Readibus

The Reading Single Homeless Project

Care Cultural Integration

Home Start Reading

Reading YMCA

Listen out for details of the individual charities who are members of RACT as they join Robert Kenny on Reading 107 in the run-up (no pun intended!) to the race.

To be honest, we don't really have a "Target" amount...we just want to raise as much as possible. If we can get close to £1000, it'll be great!

THANK YOU for every single penny.

Robert, Ali, Paul, Lynn and Jane.

P.S. Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
