As you might be aware, I returned to Wales in June after spending 6 months teaching in Lesotho (Southern Africa). I was fortunate to be selected as part of the Lesotho Teachers Placement Programme run through the Welsh Charity Dolen Cymru and the Lesotho Wales Link.

In order for this worthwhile programme to continue, not only in terms of the teachers, but also the schools and importantly the children of Lesotho and Wales, funds need to be raised. Therefore, along with the other teachers from the 2011 programme, I will be undertaking the Welsh 3 peaks Challenge on 17 September 2011 (Snowdon, Cader Idris & Pen y Fan).
