<p>Dear all I and five other friends "Team Poppy Bellies" will be taking on the challange of Cycling over 440km from London to Paris on the 1st Sept for four days&nbsp;trying to raise &pound;10000&nbsp;for the Royal British Legion .</p> <p>The Legion does wonderful work helping ex soldiers and their dependants who risked their lives in so many campaigns such as the Gulf war , Bosnia and currently in Iraq and Afganistan .
