Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am taking part in my first run since 1979........I didn't realise when Katie said she was looking for my support as she was running, she actually mean't for me to do it too. As this will be a quite surprising achievement bearing in mind my lifestyle over the last 30 years, I thought it would be a good time to raise some money for a charity that is closely aligned to the values and ethics of the Co-op Bank.
