The Rowans is a fantastic charity local to me and I am delighted to be fund raising on their behalf and doing some much needed excercise at the same time!

I am much too vain to get fat so the more you spend for them the faster I will run...........................if I get to £2k I may even run dressed as a guerkin - not!
