Our vision is that society fully accepts and includes people with Ds. We support families and people with Ds to reach their fullest potential by providing a range of services, influencing public policy and by changing attitudes. We urgently need funding to help families who are struggling right now.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We plan to walk the Fife Coastal Path in early May to raise funds for Down's Syndrome Scotland.

Our friends recently became parents for the second time.  Their new baby boy, Callum, has Down's syndrome, which prompted us to raise money for this very worthy cause.

Down's syndrome is a chromosomal disorder which affects about 1 in every 1,000 births and can impair cognitive and physical development.

Down's Syndrome Scotland helps people with Down’s syndrome reach their full potential by providing information and support to them, their families, carers and professionals.

The Fife Coastal Path runs from Culross to Newport-on-Tay, a distance of ninety-five miles which we plan to walk in five days between Monday 3rd May and Friday 7th May.

Please help us to raise as much as possible for this very deserving cause.  Every donation will be most appreciated.
