After losing focus with weight loss and fitness for a few years I've decided to take a on a challenge to really push me out of my comfort zone and, hopefully, really kick start my weight loss and fitness. So, I will be taking part in 3 x 1.5 minute rounds of charity boxing on 2nd December 2017 at the O2 Academy in Bournemouth in aid of Julia's House.
