2010 Bupa London 10,000 · 31 May 2010 ·

AvMA is an independent charity providing free advice and support to patients & families affected by the trauma of a medical accident. With a national helpline, advice service and inquest support project. We also seek to improve patient safety and make systems for investigation and redress fairer.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

The four of us are taking part in the 2010 Bupa London 10,000, which is a 10k (6 mile) run to raise money for AvMA in May 2010. Training will (possibly) start very shortly although Lee Crane has been talking about how easy long distance running is so obviously this will be a 'walk in the park' for Mr Crane! ...death or serious injury is a real possibility for the rest of us!

We are planning to raise £250 each and reach a total of £1,000 so please dig deep and donate now.
