Jess and I are going to be running the London marathon in April and would like your help in raising money for a good charity based in surrey. The charity we are running for is Headways (http://www.headwaysurrey.org/) which supports people with head injuries their families and carers and promotes understanding of the implications of head injury through-out Surrey.

The next 6 months for us in not going to be easy with a running schedule based on 5 days a week starting at 2.5 miles per night and running to the dizzy heights of 13 miles a night.
