Yes that's right; I've been bullied into running the London 10K for SWAN Advocacy Network, of whom I am aware of through the work of my mum.  Their work is of huge value to hundreds of people across the Wiltshire area, providing a vital role which is not catered for by anyone else.  You can visit their website here:

Because I know sponsoring can become a little tiresome, there is a little incentive for you...  When you sponsor me,  you get to predict my completion time for the run, and the person closest to my finishing time will win a rather nice* bottle of wine..

To prevent any cheating, SWAN will be collecting the times you guess, and I will have no sight of them.  Please therefore email your estimated time to: isabella@swanadvocacy.org.uk. 

To help you with your accuracy:

1. Training is non existent at the moment, and wont start for another week or so yet

2. I have a family wedding the day before the run, and will almost certainly be in a horrible state after that.  Chose your time carefully!
