The start lists for this years' event have just been published. I think they've taken pity on us with a Day-1 start time of 10.55am so that we can at least have a lie-in and leisurely breakfast! After the all too well publicised events of last year in the Lake District, we're off to the Elan Valley in Wales - a place that seems to have a pretty fearsome reputation! I've been training all year and will now be increasing the miles in the run up to the event on the 24/25th October.
