Together with over 1000 of my colleagues at HSBC UK, I'm uniting against dementia to raise money for our partners, Alzheimer's Society and Alzheimer Scotland.

I'm taking part in Hike It or Bike It which taking on a hiking route where I will walk around 14 miles with my colleagues in support of these great charities and their efforts to improve the lives of those living with dementia.

Our partnership will make sure 850,000 people affected by dementia in the UK get the support they need, and by donating you are contributing to this worthy cause.
