As you may well know, my eldest son is autistic, and I am raising money for the NAS in recognition of the superb help they gave us through the 'Early Bird' support programme - it represented a real turning point for us in starting to understand & get on top of the problems we faced having 'one of the autistics' in the house.

It is impossible to overstate what a huge difference 'Early Bird' made for us as a family. It is a free programme run by the NAS over 8 weeks, working together with school, to help to understand and manage autism, so any money donated will be going towards something that we know, from personal experience is a life changing experience.
