Those who know me well will know I don't like to bombard people with charity requests - indeed I usually roll around in mud for fun rather than fundraising.

However, when I was invited to join a team from the travel industry to tackle Tough Mudder to raise money for the very worthy charity Just a Drop, I thought it was well worth spreading the word and doing my bit.
