Story

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On Friday 5th August I will be taking part in a team cycle ride from the Priestfield Stadium in Gillingham to the Withdean Stadium in Brighton and on to the new American Express Community Stadium. The ride covers a distance of about 65 miles.

The ride will be undertaken by 15 Brighton and Hove Albion fans to celebrate the club's move to their brand new stadium, after 14 years of waiting. Throughout the day we will visit the sites of the club's previous stadiums. The first league game at the Amex is due to take place the next day on Saturday 6th August.

We thought it would be a good oppurtunity to raise some money for some worthwhile charities along the way!

I am raising money for Lifeblood, a thrombosis charity which tries to raise awareness and research into deadly bloodclots, which unncessarily claim thousands of lives each year.

I chose this charity after losing a good friend, Cherith-Ann Bracher, to a pulmonary embolism in April aged just 20.

I would be really grateful if you could support me with a donation for this, however big or small.

And don't forget to select the gift aid option if you are eligible!

Thank you in advance for your support.

Robin
