Thank you everyone for your incredible generosity.

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Rock Hard Triathlon's aim is to raise funds for the RAF Benevolent Fund by cycling from Land's End to John O'Groats and to climb the 3 highest peaks in Great Britain; Snowdon, Scaffel Pike and Ben Nevis.  Also to swim across Lakes Bala, Windermere and Loch Ness.

The Rock Hard Triathlon Team consists of of 15 men and women from RAF Honington who aim to complete the challenge in 15 days in June 12.  We will cycle over 1000 miles, climb 3 x 1000m peaks and swim across 3 of the largest lakes in Britain.

The RAF Benevolent Fund provide care and support to former and currently serving members and families within the RAF.  Please give what you can to this worthwhile cause.
