An array of fun physical challenges awaits Rockliffe Hall's two It's a Knockout teams when they take part in the Great North Air Ambulance Service’s It’s a Knockout Competition.

The event, on Sunday 8th July will feature a range of games involving inflatable obstacles and outlandish outfits, based on the popular televised game show of the same name.

Rockliffe Hall has entered two teams of ten, each competing for It's a Knockout Champion 2012. The two eam captains are Rockliffe Hall's Managing Director, Nick Holmes and Spa Director, Liz Holmes, so competition between both teams is set to be tough!
