Story

Further to below (my original note), I have enjoyed the runs so much, that I will be running (in addition to the two February runs) an extra eight 10k races over the course of 2011, as I aim to raise £10,000 for 2011...please spread the word. Rod.

Hello all

Having given up smoking at the start of the year as well as cutting down on wild boozy nights, I decided to put my new found lungs to good use and do a spot of running. So I thought I would do a couple of organised runs for charidee, specifically the Kent Autistic Trust. First run is 10k Ashford & District in Kent on February 6th 2011, and second run is the 5 mile Isle of Oxney in Kent, Feb 20th.

The Kent Autistic Trust (KAT) has been providing high quality services for people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and their families since 1989. The KAT offer individual, tailor made, person centred, solutions of support for adults through their living and day vocational and lifeskill services.
