Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
The target for 2010 is to run ten 10k races and raise money and awareness for Dementia Scotland. I am hoping to get (at least!) 100 runners to complete ten organised 10k races this year and each to raise (at least!) £100. That would bring in £10,000.
There are around 80 10K races throughout Scotland so hopefully you will not need to venture too far. But I'm hoping not only to target runners in Scotland but throughout the UK and beyond.
I'm hoping all ages and standards will take part in the challenge. Many runners manage two or three 10k races a year and ten will keep you fit throughout 2010.
