Most Golf Holes in 12 hours World Record Attempt · 28 September 2015

Sparks raises money to fund pioneering child health research across the UK, helping to find new treatments and cures for children and families who desperately need them.

Story

The current Wold Record is 221 holes and held by a Canadian.  Having  managed 72 holes in one day twice last year, I thought we would up the challenge!  This will be over 65 miles in 12 hours and repeatedly playing the 18 holes at Fulwell following the strict R&A rules.  Appropriately I will be dressed in Royal & Awesome and munching on SSP Golf bars for energy.

All money raised is going directly to Sparks and I am grateful to sponsors and supporters that will ensure no costs to be paid.

This seems a crazy challenge and I have the rules from Guinness World Records.  Let us hope for fine weather on 28th September and every penny will ease the aching legs weary frame as I carry my clubs and play at speed.

I will need to do nearly 13 rounds to achieve this which means I have  about 3/4 of an hour for each round!  A tall order!

Please give what you can and help me raise money to support the work Sparks undertakes.
