I started training in November and have already been able to complete some long distance runs. This year I have chosen to run for PhabKids which is a part of <strong>Phab</strong> (<a style="cursor: pointer;" href="http://www.phab.org.uk/"><span style="color: purple;">http://www.phab.org.uk/</span></a>)</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 14.25pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: &quot;Calibri&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;; color: #2a2a2a; font-size: 11pt;">Phab’s aim is to promote and encourage people of all abilities to come together on equal terms, to achieve complete inclusion of people with and without physical disabilities in the community. <strong>PhabKids</strong> is running a range of projects enabling young people with and without disabilities to spend a week together at accessible venues and to be involved in a wide range of activities.</span></p>
