<p>Thank you all for the amazing effort - target raised to &pound;500 - STEP UP!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>As many of you may know a good friend of mine passed away in early October this year. His name was Josh Carrick and he suffered with testicular cancer for just over a year. He left us too early at the tender age of 23.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Josh was always the loudest most extrovert person and his presence will be sorely missed by all those that came in to contact with him.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>In his memory I will be running a 5km run on 27th November for a charity called the Karen Trust.
