This year we will be trekking Mount Cadair Idris to raise funds for the suffering people of Somalia and want to offer aid and relief to those hit most hard by this famine. 

One of the main causes of this current famine is a catastrophic drought. Somalia has been enduring the worst drought in over half a century and it has affected almost half of the Somali population and vitally, their livestock.  

The situation is desperate. People are dying due to the lack of food, water and medical aid.
