Approaching one of the big (dreaded) birthdays it is time to challenge myself. What better way to do this than riding for a good cause? 

I will be cycling the iconic 45miles from Buckingham Place to Windsor castle in support of the Prince's trust. Prince's trust changes the lives of young people facing issues such as homelessness or mental health problems, or trouble with the law that need that little bit of extra support to get back on their feet. Prince's trust will give them the practical and financial support needed to stabilise their lives, helping develop self-esteem and skills for work.
