<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Many of you helped me help WSPA deal with the abuse of bears in bear farming now please help with a problem a little closer to home, the RSPCA and specifically its hard working sanctuary at Southridge, Hertfordshire. Such places struggle to help look after animals left homeless for a variety of reasons in a society beset with problems. The animals are blameless in their situation and the RSPCA with its volunteer workers do their best to alleviate any animal suffering and try to rehome these unfortunate creatures.</p> <p>Times are hard, especially for abandoned pets, so &nbsp;please support my Great North Run in September when I will attempt to help RSPCA in their work by dragging my 66 year old frame over the 13.1 mile course. I'm up for it are you? Aiming at 2 hours 20, a struggle but if I better that perhaps a bonus might be in the offering?
