The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

I don't own a bike and so far my training has consisted of one 10km cycle on a bike I borrowed and I am a month away from tackling a 90 mile cycle from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle in aid of the Princes Trust.



Should be grand right?


The Prince's Trust provides amazing opportunities to young people who have experienced hardships in their lives that many of us can't even imagine. Young people in care, facing homelessness, or struggling with mental or physical health deserve as much chance at success as any other young person, and this is what the Prince's Trust programmes aim to help achieve.
