Sadly, my aunt and great friend Heather was recently diagnosed with motor neurone disease. While at the moment this disease does not have a cure, with research and hard work I am hoping that in the near future this will no longer be a life shortening disease.

Tough Mudder consists of a 10 mile course of running and obstacles all through heavy mud and includes at points being electrocuted. Doesn't sound like an enjoyable Saturday for the larger gentleman but we have a great team taking part and family and friends I'm sure will enjoy watching the struggle!

Anything you could spare to make this a success would be greatly appreciated.
