As you all know I'm a natural athlete and build for distance running  so this will be a doddle, but that doesn't excuse you from sponsoring me.

This is part of a wider effort by 20+ staff and families of Scottish Sea Farms, we are running for 5 different charities but just giving limits you to one so I have selected Cancer Research.

 

Times are tough at the minute but I hope you will be able to find a little donation for a worthy cause.

I will also be arranging a little 'side action' by way of a sweepstake   £5 gets you a 0.5km stage e.g 1km to 1.5km.

The winner gets 50% of the total take

Winner is the person who correctly guess the 0.5km stage where I keel over with a coronary.

For clarity that's the point I hit the road - not finally croak it, just in case I crawl a bit first!!

All proceeds to Cancer Research.
