I am joining in the GBG Challenge to walk 22 miles around the Peak District to raise money for The Mental Health Charity. We will be doing this challenging walk on the 7th of July and would appreciate any donations to help out!

The charity
For more than 60 years Mind has worked to improve the lives of all people with experiences of mental health problems. Through public, government lobbying and more than 1,000 services our local Minds have delivered in communites across England and Wales, we have touched millions of lives. Over 10.7 million people visit the mental health pages on Mind.org.uk. Their services includ support, crisis helplines, drop-in centres, employment and training schemes, counselling and befriending.
