On 12th July I am running the British 10K for the Care of Older Peoples Appeal at the Whittington.  This is a worthwhile appeal to raise money for equipment for the Care of the Elderly wards so we can improve the environment and service we provide to our patients.  It would be great if you could sponsor me - those who sponsored me for the Lochaber marathon in April can relax - I dont expect you to sponsor me again !.
