It was so much tougher than we had expected and really it was only the generous support of so many friends that kept us going! </span></p>

The bike ride was really tough but when we think that people with autism face tough challenges every day it puts our four days into perspective. </span></p>

It is part of the autism spectrum and is sometimes referred to as an autism spectrum disorder, or an ASD. The word 'spectrum' is used because, while all people with autism share three main areas of difficulty, their condition will affect them in very different ways. Therefore, some are able to live relatively 'everyday' lives; while others will require a lifetime of specialist support.</span></p>

Working under the motto, "Accept difference. Not indifference".</span></p>

If such small amounts can make such a huge difference to sufferers and their families, our contribution will make a considerable difference and we are truly proud to have been a part of it.
