Fundraising for Mind
Story
I am participating in Run Every Day January challenge for Mind.
Almost every person in life suffers from mind issues... at some point in their lives, and some people simply have to live with them on a daily bases. This could be due to many reasons as love, work, situations in life or even sometimes for genetic reasons... It is very hard to deal with mind issues because every person have completely different ways to experience it, but i believe that all these experiences could massively improve with a bit of help and love. The problem is that I dont think that everyone understand how important it is to take care of ourselves and take care of mind issues.
I believe that little every day efforts can make a huge different to feel better... and that will always be worth the fight :) but we all need to work together in this.
How I think that society could help? I think that society needs to learn to talk about mental health the same way as we talk about love or life, and treat mental health with the respect that deserve. x x x
Now... i think I should go for a RED run! and dont let my days became blue ;)
