Please help me raise money to support victims of domestic violence - and support my old boss Cat Madge. 

Women's Trust www.womanstrust.org.uk  desperately need funds to continue providing their amazing services for these women including counselling and advocacy.

I'm running their 4k race in Victoria Park on 14th November (come and watch me if you fancy a laugh). I've been training for the last couple of months thinking it was going to be a 5k so I'm now feeling more confident than ever!

I really appreciate anything you can give - even if it's just a couple of quid - it makes a big difference.
