As most of you know, I am not made for running, my physique is perfectly suited for propping up a bar but I am making an exception for this fantastic cause.

Please all dig deep and splash some cash. In return, I shall take some very embarrassing photos of being rolled over the finish line and spread them around the public domain. You can't say fairer than that!

 

On a serious note, Macmillan does some fantastic work and is a cause well worth donating to, I hope you can all miss a pint at the pub this week and chuck a fiver my way instead.
