I am running the Sussex Living Marathon, an event run over 3 days in East Grinstead, Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill.</p> <p>Earlier this year my son William was involved in a serious road traffic accident. It was thanks to the rapid response of the London Air Ambulance service his life was saved and he is now well on the way to making a full recovery.</p> <p>Astonishingly, the London Air Ambulance service has to rely heavily on charitable donations! Every penny donated will ensure that they can continue their wonderful work.</p> <p>Thank you for your support</p> <p>I managed to complete the Sussex Living Marathon in less than perfect conditions! It was very wet and very muddy but great fun!
