Ryck and I have taken on the challenge of cycling from Aberporth in Wales to Weybridge Surrey, covering over 200 miles in three days for a very worthy cause. At the end of June we will  don our Lycra and be ready for very sore bottoms. 

Any donations big or small would be very much appreciated and will go directly to a charity that may help us all on in one way or the other in the future.
