Dear all- I am doing a 55 mile bike ride for the Frank Haines Memorial Trust. The Charity set up in memory of my brother.

Frank Haines Memorial Trust

Since Frank’s death in March 2006, thanks to money raised by hugely generous donations, past Frankstocks and people taking part in the Connemarathon the trust has raised £120,000. There is no Frankstock this year so this is the main annual event for the trust. The FHMT is supporting some excellent charities in East London, please sponsor if you can.
