Saturday I will be joining a team to take on The Nuts Challenge, a 7k assault course encountering mud, a water assault course, climbing, crawling and challenging obstacles all the way round.

This will be in aid of Child Rescue Nepal who free children from slavery. They rescue children, keep them safe and reunite them with their families. Child Rescue Nepal has rescued over 700 children but their work is far from over.
