<p class="iphone-update">I am running the <strong>2011 Bupa Great Birmingham Run for the Alzheimer's Society</strong>. This is my first half marathon and it is going to be tough, but not as tough as seeing an otherwise healthy person becoming debilitated in front of your eyes for no rightful reason.
