To support the MND association, a disease that my dear friend Dougie has had to endure, I along with a close team of other top toughers have entered TOUGH MUDDER.

A grueling 12 mile-long obstacle course designed by the Special Forces to test our strength, stamina, mental grit and camaraderie. They'll throw at us mountains of mud, Ice-water, Fire, and 10,000 volt electrical shocks. Triffic.
