Myself and Ben are running from London to Brighton for Macmillan Cancer Support. All of us know someone these guys have helped and the great job they do. They are a great charity and well worth every donation.

Both of us have been training hard and getting out in all weathers to put the miles in our legs. We both are well focused and determined to hit a good time to get down there in.

The event is over the 25th and 26th May and you are welcome to come down to support us.
