A year ago I agreed to run the 10K for the Joseph Salmon Trust, and right now to say I'm ill prepared is an understatement. 

However, this is a great charity and considering all of the help Neil has offered me in the past few years it is the least I can do. Especially seen as though it's very plausible he'll have to put up with me for another couple of years. 

It's a great charity, so please spare a few quid!
