UPDATE: CHALLENGE STARTS 8PM THIS FRIDAY!!!

Deben Rotaract are completing the In*Sight Challenge where we will experience 24 hours without sight. We will be completing the tasks and the challenges of the everyday such as preparing and cooking meals, shopping, housework and communicating with others, without this precious sense that it is easy to take forgranted. Our aim is twofold- to raise awareness of living without sight, and to raise money for the charity Sightsavers International. The challenge is taking place from 8pm on Friday 19th February through until 8pm on Saturday 20th February.  

Sightsavers International is an international charity which works with partners to eliminate avoidable blindness and promote equality of opportunity for disabled people in the developing world. Deben Rotaract are aiming to raise a total of £5000 over the next five months for this extremely important charity as part of their fundraising campaign with the 2010 Rotary 3 Peaks Mountain Challenge.
