"Its cancer I'm afraid" 

No thanks to cancer I lost one of the most amazing women in my life, my gran. The horrifying words which are now effecting more of my loved ones and the people closest to me heart. 

Next weekend I will be completing the 5K Pretty Muddy challenge. With british weather it's not guaranteed to be a lovely sunny day, but I say! THE MUDIER THE BETTER, BECAUSE CANCER PLAYS DIRTY! 

So, please dig deep for a fantastic cause so that together, we can beat cancer sooner! Lets help make the last words anyone has to hear about cancer be "the all clear"
