Zoes place care for babys and children with life limiting illnesses just like our little Darcy they offer support to families not only during but after the difficult times. Zoes place receive very little government funding therefore they are limited to open and take in these families that need there help and support. Hospices such as Zoes are not really well heard off unless you know someone in that situation or are dealing with such a difficult situation yourself.
