I'm running in the British 10K on 10th July in support of Anthony Nolan.  I've done the 10K a few times before but never with great athletic prowess. The last time I was overtaken by a man in a chicken suit.  My aim this year is to overtake any costumed runners unless, of course, they are going faster than I am :)
