At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Brain training is one of the many ways to ward off and even treat the signs of Alzheimer's disease.

As a team, our goal is to complete approximately 18,000 minutes of brain training during the 2015 Exiger Cares Brainathon commencing September 14 and ending October 19, 2015.  This equates to five weeks of full-time health aid care  for a patient with Alzheimer's.*

Join us by making a donation in honor of our commitment to train the brain.  All funds raised go to support the Alzheimer's Association of America in the US, Alzheimer's Society in the UK and the Hong Kong Alzheimer's Disease Association.

*The average hourly rate is $18 USD. Source: Genworth 2015 Cost of Care Survey.
